This notice explains how Dibs handles information collected through this website and its product waitlist. It does not yet describe data practices for the Dibs mobile application, which will have a separate notice before launch.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, the location of the signup form on our website, and the date and time of signup. Cloudflare Turnstile also processes technical signals to help us prevent automated abuse. Dibs does not store your IP address in its waitlist database.

How we use information

We use waitlist information to send launch news, product updates, and early-access invitations; operate and secure the website; and understand which signup placements are useful.

How we share information

We use Cloudflare to host this website, store waitlist records, and prevent abuse. We do not sell waitlist email addresses. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and security of Dibs and others.

Retention and your choices

We retain your waitlist information while preparing and launching Dibs, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. You can unsubscribe through any marketing email or contact us to request deletion.
